Amazingly quick chickpea curry
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
 - 1 can tomatoes (400 g)
 - ¼ cup tahini
 - 1 Tbsp (Indian) curry powder
 - 1 Tsp cumin
 - ½ tsp garam masala
 - ½ tsp onion powder
 - ½ tsp garlic powder (salt)
 - ½ tsp paprika
 - ½ tsp salt
 - pinch of black pepper.

Why?
You can eat well in very short amount of time
How?
- Put drained and rinsed chickpeas in a pan on medium heat
 - Place tin of tomatoes and all other ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
 - Pour over chickpeas and heat until begins to bubble
 
Serve and enjoy

Serve with
- Rice
 - Naan bread
 - Sprinkle of chopped coriander
 - Could replace chickpeas with butter beans
