Citrus and turmeric tea - perfect in a stanley cup

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
  • 2 slices ginger root
  • 2 slices turmeric root

Why?

All round goodness and can be drunk while fasting

How?

  • Juice the lemon and lime
  • Slice the ginger and turmeric
  • Add all to your Stanley cup
  • Top with boiling water

Adjust amounts to suit your taste, more or less citrus depending what you prefer

Add to the vacuum cup of your choice, I love mine in a Stanley cup

Additional options

  • Tsp chia seeds
  • Sprig mint
  • Juice of orange
  • Pinch of black pepper (great with turmeric)
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Dash of Agave
