Easy vegan tofu scramble

Ingredients

  • Pack silken tofu
  • Tsp Olive oil
  • Turmeric
  • Salt / Pepper

Why?

So easy its difficult to believe

How?

  • Remove tofu from pack and drain water
  • Pat dry with paper towel, but no need to press
  • Hit a little oil in a pan, add the tofu and Turmeric, gently mash with a fork until you get the texture you prefer
  • Heat through and serve when ready.

Serve with

  • Great on toast
  • Add spices as you prefer but Turmeric should definitely be used
  • Can be added to bowl with lots of other veggies, edamame, avocado and so on
