Harissa roasted butter beans

Ingredients

  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • Add any other spice you like

Why?

Great snack or added to salads and side dishes

How?

  • Drain, rinse and pat dry the butter beans
  • Add to a bowl and smother in oil and the harissa and any other spice you like
  • Place in a roasting tray and roast at 180 for about 30mins or until crispy, or better use an airfryer.
