Why?

Overnight oats are a great way to start the day, and you really do not need to go all fancy and have a some coffee gooey centre or super food expensive berries to simply enjoy this. Of course, if you want to make the effort and go all out then go for it!

How?

This really is so simple that I’m not even going to add measurements. Simply add oats to a bowl, add the plant based milk of your choice until the oats just begin to float. Leave in the fridge overnight. Either add some of the options below to spice it up a bit. But simply oats and a bit of agarve in the morning works great.

Additional options

To add before overnight:
  • Raisins
  • Protein powder
  • Frozen berries (they can defrost in the refrigerator overnight)
  • Green tea match powder
To add after:
  • Agarve / Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Any fruits or berries
