Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 10/12 medjool dates (pits removed)
  • Tbsp peanut butter
  • Tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • pinch salt

  • Blend until smooth and thick enough to roll into a ball in your hand
  • Roll into 2 inch balls
  • Roll over extra cocoa powder
