  • Can chickpeas
  • tbsp smoked paprika
  • salt
  • Olive oil (extra virgin)

How?

  • Drain tin chickpeas
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper
  • Pat dry
  • Place in tray
  • Pour over extra virgin olive oil
  • Add salt and smoked paprika
  • Shake to ensure all covered
  • Roast at 180C / 350F 30mins or until golden and crispy
  • Eat well!

Additional options

Try with the spices you like most. Also, remember, you can keep the chickpea water and use it for mousse or merengue!
