Ingredients
- fresh pumpkin seeds, scooped from the pumpkin
 - olive oil
 - seasoning of your choosing
 
There is 19g protein in 100g of pumpkin seeds, so make the most of them.

How?
- Pre heat oven to 180C
 - Pat dry the seeds
 - Cover the seeds in oil, season and place on a tray and roast for 10 mins
 - Remove and enjoy
