Shawarma mushroom toast

Ingredients

  • 300g mushrooms (any type, chestnut works well), sliced
  • 1 Tsp cumin, paprika, coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp chili
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • tsp olive oil

How?

  • Mix everything in bowl and then add to a hot dry pan
  • Place the base of another pan or something heat proof and heavy, on top of the mushrooms
  • Stir occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly charred and 'meaty'

Serve on a slice or two of bread with options of your choice
