Tso Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
 - 1/2 tsp crushed chili or red pepper flakes
 - 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp brown sugar
 - 2 clove minced garlic
 - 1/2 tbsp cornflour/cornstarch
 - 1/4 cup water

How?
- Add all sauce ingredients to large saucepan and stir over a low-medium heat until slightly thick but not gloopy
 - Once thick, add rinsed chickpeas, stir to combine for 2-3 mins.
 
Serve with rice, broccoli or side of your choice
