Two ingredient chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 250g dark chocolate

Why?

Its two ingredients, could not get any simpler and will amaze anyone who asks whats in it.

How?

  • Peel and cut apples into chunks.
  • Boil apple chunks in water for 15mins (or until very soft)
  • Melt chocolate
  • Drain apples and place in blender
  • Pour melted chocolate into blender over apples and blend.
  • Pour into a cake tin and place in fridge

Serve with

  • Sprinkle icing sugar or cocoa powder over before serving
  • Add raspberries as decoration around edge if you like
