Two ingredient quinoa tortilla

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Quinoa - uncooked
  • 1 cup Water - room temperature

5 mins (excluding soak time)

Why?

Easy snack, nothing ultra processed, say no more

How?

  • Soak the quinoa in a bowl for at least 3 hours
  • Place the quinoa into a sieve and rinse under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
  • Add to blender with water and blend until smooth batter
  • Let sit for 10mins or so to thicken a little
  • Pour 1/4 cup or so into hot pan with a little oil just like a crepe
  • Cook for about 2 mins on each side until firm enough to flip

Serve with a filling of your choice and enjoy
