Vegan cookie dough
Ingredients
- 250g chickpeas (a little over half a can), drained and rinsed
 - 1/2 cup cashew butter or peanut butter or almond butter
 - 3/4 cup oat flour or rolled oats
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup or Agave
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
 - pinch of salt
 
Serves:
18 scoops approx

Why?
Its cookie dough!
How?
- Add all ingredients to food processor except choc chips
 - Blend until smooth, add more flour if needs to be thicker, or plant based milk to thin as needed
 - Remove from food processor and add to a bowl
 - Fold in choc chips, so long as mixture is not too warm
 
Serve as you deem necessary!

Serve with
- Mix into ice cream
 - On its own
 - With strawberries / raspberries
 - Sandwich between biscuits
