Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower
 - 2 Tbsp plant based butter (melted)
 - 2 cloves garlic
 
Sauce
- 3 big Tbsp tahini
 - 1 Tbsp maple syrup
 - juice of 1 lime
 - optionally 1 Tsp sriracha
 - salt to taste
 - water to thin

Why?
Just worth trying, never have I had a complaint yet.
How?
Trim leaves from while cauliflower (you can roast these with some oil if you like).
Boil in a pan of either salted water, or you can add a stock cube instead, for 5-6 mins. Remove and place on a baking tray.
Pour over the tbsp of melted butter and crushed garlic, place in oven at 225C / 450F for 45 mins or until it has some golden colour on the top.
Remove and add sauce

Additional options
- Chopped Coriander
 - Sprinkle on polenta before baking to give a little extra crunch
